Sir after taking self reporting from alloted college without cancelling it can we participate in second counsellinf

dear aspirant, hope you are doing well. Now coming to your question, if you have had done all the procedures of physically reporting, then in this case you are finally enrolled in the college. so without cancelling the present college you can't sit in the next substituent round.
