In UPSEE Counselling you have to give amount of Rs. 20,000 only when you lock your seat in respective college. That means if you are alotted a college and you want admission in that college only then only you have to give Rs. 20000. This amount will be adjusted in your college fees. Suppose your college fees is Rs. 1,00,000 then if you have  paid Rs. 20,000 online then you have to pay only Rs. 80,000 at the time of visiting  college.
