James Cook University has started the course of Masters in Urban Designing by collaborating with professionals around the world and therefore, this degree is unique in its ways. This Master's degree is only available at this university. The campus is in Singapore from which you wish to pursue and the start dates are February and July. Planning and Urban Design is a 2 year full-time Masters course.
