Sir am before applying tslawcet am asked about my study is 1st to ssc regular. inter one subject pending and I completed 3years degree.

Hi,

Your first degree will not be accepted because it was obtained before completing Inter. As per directive of the Bar Council of India, the candidates who have obtained 10+2 or Graduation/Post-graduation through open Universities system directly without having any basic qualifications for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in Law Courses. Now, If you do another degree programme that will be considered for such law programmes. But before that read the eligibility criteria carefully. Best of Luck!
