hello aspirant,
i would suggest you to go for jawharlal nehru technological university hyderabad and kakinada which ever is easier for your location to admission for electronics and communication engineering branch. see the curriculum of btech and faculty , infrastructure everything is excellent in jntu. so my suggestion goes for jntu.
