The medium of the exam will be in English except for when a question paper is set in any other language except in English. So, unfortunately for BA, the exam paper will be only in English. But if you look at the exam pattern, there will be 100 Objective Type Questions asked. You will be given 2 hours for the exam. The subjects for BA will be:

  • English: 25 marks
  • Indo-Islamic Culture and Aligarh Movement: 25 marks
  • General Awareness and Current Affairs: 40 marks
  • Reasoning and Intelligence: 10 marks

Prepare from the following books and it will be easier for you to score:

  • English:

Quick Learning Objective General English by RS Agarwal

Objective General English by SP Bakshi

  • Indo-Islamic Culture and Aligarh Movement:

AMU Naaz Guide

Sir Syed and Aligarh Movement PDF by AMU

  • General Awareness and Current Affairs:

Legal Awareness and Legal Reasoning by Pearson

  • Reasoning and Intelligence:
