It is an interesting question. But, for the upcoming some years, for Under Graduate, the trend will be the same, and hence, demand for Engineering will be the maximum. Still, the stereotype for engineering is maximum in village and Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities. But, Engineering from some recognized college will be only valuable.

During the spread of Coronavirus, the pharmacy sector boomed, the need of more and more pharmacy workers was there. So, according current situations, the best course would be any course in Pharmacy sector. Please note you can also go for MBBS and other medical courses as well if you can. The best would be pharmacy according to me. Also there will be a boom in biotechnology and bioengineering field.
