As you are a UR catergory candidate, even Chhattisgarg domicile won't help much in your case. Your best chances of getting an NLU is via Vacant seats. Accroding to the information given in Revised CLAT 2018 Calendar & Counselling Guideline after the closure of the CLAT Office, vacancy if any, in any NLU will be filled by the respective NLUs at their own level from the CLAT list in the order of merit as per the Rules and Regulations of the participating Universities. So, can have another at NLUs. Apart from this some institutes do offer admission on the basis of CLAT score. This list can be seen @ Institutions Using CLAT Score .

You can also do Five year LLB programme from SGGSWU Fatehgarh Sahib (Last date Aug. 14). Both Universities give admission on the basis of marks obtained in Class 12. I hope it helps.

As you have mentioned in your comment you are a candidate with Chhatisgarh domicile, this information tilts the table in your side and your chance of getting a seat in HNLU goes significantly up because HNLU has reserved 80 seats (33 UR, 11 OBC, 26 ST, 10 SC) for candidates with CG domicile. As per the data available with us a candidate of Gen. Category with CG domicile got a seat in HNLU with AIR 2143.
Seperate rank list is prepared for All India Seats and Chhattisgarh State Domicile Seats on the basis of CLAT Score. If a Chhattisgarh domicile candidate qualifies for admission in the regular merit under all India category, he/she shall be considered against the All India seat only and not against Chhattisgarh domicile seats.

In 2017, CLAT the last candidate which got selected in any NLU from UR category scored 110 marks. Candidates from UR category who scored less than 110 were unable to fetch a seat in any NLU. This time it is expected that no candidate from UR category will be able to secure a seat with less than 115+ marks. As per your saying your score is 84.5, You have very little chance of getting a seat. It’s advisable in your case for being in safer side, start looking for other alternatives.
