Sir as I scored 86.42% in diploma in civil engineering can I get PCCOE clg in pune and my cat is open. Please suggest me Surely.

The cutoff for the last two years for DSE in Civil engineering at PCCOE is above 89%.
You can check the official cutoffs for more information. So as you have 86.42% it might be difficult to get admission at PCCOE for Civil branch. You can expect to get D. Y. Patil Akurdi at this Percent.
