As your score is low and getting government colleges in all India quota has much higher cutoff. So you won't get any government colleges in states like assam, Orissa, Mizoram etc. But you may get self financed dental colleges like
1. M.P Patel dental college and hospital Vadodara ( management quota)
2. Karnavati school of dentisty uvarsad Gandhinagar.

See 200 is bit less for a government college. Your score must be above 550 in order to get a good govt college seat. Rest wait for results and check your ranking. You may get a seat in private college only if they don't put a criteria of high ranking. Don't lose heart. Start studying again if you wish to take a drop.
