Sir, as we got points instead of marks for the 2 years. Is there any need to fill the declaration form?

Hello dear!!!
You don't need to fill any special declaration form to get points eligible. Actually when the eamcet marks card is released you have the option to see your actual PCM marks in the rank card. So I think you need not fill any declaration form. I hope this helps.
