It is extremely difficult to predict marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS
This is because,
Also cut off marks for medical colleges including aiimd will depend upon various factors like
But yes getting into aiims is not going to be easy as seats are very limited and the competition is huge for Aiims Delhi .
considering these things,
you should target around 630 to 650 marks at least in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Delhi if you belong to sc category

- Earlier admission in aiims was on the basis of Aiims mbbs entrance examination and this it is the first time ever when AIIMS will be conducting admission through neet ,
Also cut off marks for medical colleges including aiimd will depend upon various factors like
- number of students that appeared in the neet entrance exam,
- kind of marks obtained by students in the examination ,
- toughness level of the neet examination etc.
But yes getting into aiims is not going to be easy as seats are very limited and the competition is huge for Aiims Delhi .
