Well actually yes it is legal for you to pursue two degrees simultaneously but from different universities.But it depends in you how you will be able to manage your studies for two different fields at the same time.

Either you go for B.ed or you go for MBA.

If you like to enter into teaching field than go for B.ed.

If you would like to do business or to work in corporates than go for MBA.

No, you may not do both at the same time you may need to do separately. They both need time to compelet and at least two whole you may require to compelet the degree in anyone. So no need to worry you may do that if compelet one then you may apply for another is seen to be easy.
