If you directly want to take admission for Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma) then you can surely get admission without giving any kind of Entrance Exam. In this case, you have to take only and only Private Medical Colleges which have B. Pharma course in their College.
If you want to pursue B. Pharma course from any Government Medical College, then definitely you have to go through the Entrance Test because, there is always a competition to get any government seat. One of the famous Entrance exam which everyone knows is NEET. NEET is a nation wide common examination for several kinds of Medical courses. Other entrance exams like - TS EAMCET, AP EAMCET, MHT CET , etc are State level examination which takes only its state domiciled students for admission. If you belong to these states then you can give any of the above mentioned exam for getting a Government Medical Seat for B. Pharma.

see there are so many entrance exams for b Pharmacy. let suppose you are from west bengal then t he WBJEE examination is taken for admissions in Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture streams in West Bengal. The examination is conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB).
