B tech is course of engineering and BSC is pure science.

B.Tech has comparatively the most number of students applying per year. B.Tech, on the other hand requires clearing an entrance exam almost for any college in the country. There are state entrances and there are also national level entrances which conduct their exams, rank students according to their marks.

B. Sc. stands for Bachelor of Science. This is a wider course and does offer a reasonable degree of specialization in the last year. This course is more inclined towards procurement of knowledge and imparting the same to others through research. People taking up this course are more inclined towards the profession of teaching and hence there is a disparity in the salary offered. While there is a lot of scope to go in depth post graduation, the horizons are relatively narrower. Candidates are picked up for several job openings.
