sir bams is better or bsc agriculture in Karnataka.
That purely depends on your interest. Just think what suits more to your personality and mindset
*fields, soil, plants, insects, nature, farmers etc
Or
*Human body, functions of various parts and thier diseases, labs, plant based medicines, hospital, patients etc.
Decide this for yourself. If you can enjoy what you are doing, you will obviously find that better than the remaining others.
If you want to know about the future job opportunities, earning and all then continue reading...
If you do Agbsc, as there is less competition, you can easily get a job mostly under government sector and you will start earning a decent amount right from the beginning even if you manage to get average grades.
If you do BAMS, there is comparatively more competition not only from Ayurvedic sector but also from other forms of medicine like homoeapathy, allopathy and others. So you need to get good grades to get a job easily. Also you need to have good skills to excel in your field. You can also establish your own clinic after getting some experience and earn good money.
This is according to my perspective.
Choose wisely and do not forget to ask yourself first what you want to do.
Take guidance from your parents, elders and other people related to that fields to know better.
Hope you found this helpful.
All the best for your future.

Hello,
Both the courses have a wide exposure. BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery is an undergraduate degree of 5 years in the field of Ayurveda and modern medicine whereas BSc in Agriculture is an undergraduate degree of 4 years in the field of genetics and plant breeding , agricultural microbiology, etc
Both the course curriculum are completely different with different job opportunities in the respective sectors. Now the final decision completely depends upon the candidate, his or her willingness in the particular field.
Hope this helps!
Thank you.
Hello
Both bams and bsc agriculture is good choice between two is depend on your interest. As per the job point of view if you want job immediate after your graduation then you must choose the bams as bsc agriculture requires to do specialization. Both the courses have government opportunities but in private sector bsc agriculture has less opportunities.
So both the courses are good in Karnataka. You can select in which you are more interested
Hope this will help you
Thank you
