No it's not been delayed and each and every exam have different timings of declaring their respective results.
Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examinations Board (BCECEB) will announce the BCECE 2018 result tentatively in the second week of July 2018 in online mode for all the candidates who appeared in the entrance exam.
