Firat of all i would like to inform you that the fees for B.ED is different for different colleges. In some colleges it is 25000-30000 per year. Where as in others it is 30000-60000. So you have to choose the college accordingly.

Secondly the admissions also vary as per the college. Some colleges have entrance exam in jaunuary while some have it in June.
