Sir, Before applying tslawcet am asked about my study is 1st to ssc regular,In inter one subject pending,and I completed 3years open degree.

Hi,
You completed your first degree before Inter that's why they are not accepting it. Even TSCHE has mentioned this fact in the notification very clearly. Kindly go through it.
Eligibility for 3 -Year LL.B: Candidates should have passed any Graduation (10+2+3 pattern) of a recognized University with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Universities concerned. 44.5% or more shall be rounded off and treated as 45%.
