Hope you are doing well ! Yes after getting fail in bsc ,you can definitely take admission in BA course in any other college without any problem. There will be no issue in that .
The eligibility criteria for BA course is ;-The BA degree is intended for people who desire to pursue careers in the social and humanities fields. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 in any stream are eligible to apply for the course
