See, if you fail to qualify for the exam, you are not eligible for admission to government and even private medical/dental colleges of the country. In order pursue a professional course through NEET, you need to sevure atleast the minimum qualifying marks in the exam. The qualifying percentile for different categories is listed below:
UR- 50th percentile
OBC/SC/ST - 40th percentile
Pwd - 45th percentile
