    Hello Dear,

    No, Your form will not get rejected on this small issues. Generally Commission are very lenient to the candidates and they will not reject your candidature.The purpose of asking students to sign in Black pen is to ensure, that the machine clearly recognizes the images and scans them correctly. So I think no need to worry on this ,and concentrate your valuable time on studies.
