Yes, you can change your college after 1 year in B.Pharma only under the following conditions:
- Depending on the state you are currently studying.
- You can not change college on the basis of your percentage in examination.
- You can change if your college is ready to give you migration certificate.
- Depending on whether both the colleges are affiliated to the same university.
- In few cases, migration may be permitted with the approval of the Pharmacy Council of India.
