I assume you are asking about b.voc course in tourism and hospitality management offered by DR ambedkar university Delhi. however the eligibility criteria is as follows,

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants need to have passed the class XII examination from CBSE or any recognised Board.

Admission Criteria:

Admission will be offered on the basis of Class 12thmarks (80%) + Vocational Subject in class 10+2 (10%) + Statement of Purpose in around 500 words (10%).

you need to apply on the official website of the ambedkar university , however UG Admission Forms date Extended Till 14th September 2020.
