Sir can I get admission for BCom right after BA in same University without gap certificate?

A gap certificate is a certificate that shows your gap duration between your class 12th and admission year in bachelors or a gap between bachelors and masters. The certificate is mandatory only if you had gap in your education, mentioning the reason for that gap duration.
Having completed B.A at Graduation level from a University, yes you are eligible to pursue Bcom. There is no age limit to join this course.
But I don't think it is a good choice for you as you have already completed graduation with BA.
Having completed graduation, I am not sure why do you prefer bachelor's course again. I don't think it would add any added advantage for you.
If you are very much interested to join this course, you can opt for it in distance mode even.
Overall, you do not require a gap certificate if you are pursuing Bcom right after BA.

yes, it depends upon your score and performance in your previous degree B.Com (//B.Com) . Otherwise, there will no issues in getting admitted in the same university again for a different under graduation course. you can apply and study different under graduation courses for any number of times in the same university,
