As per the rank that you have acquired by the Ipu examination, You will get admission in the 5th to 7th rank colleges that fall under Definitely those are not among the good colleges under Ipu, but if you want to take admission i won't stop you.

15118 IS QUITE FAIR ITS NOW DEPEND FROM WHICH CATEGORY YOU ARE RESERVED OR GENERAL.

ALSO IPU COLLEGES HAVE TWO BATCHES (MORNING/EVENING) SO YES DEFINITELY YOU WILL GET ADMISSION.

BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL 2ND-3RD ROUND. YOU CAN ALSO OPT FOR SPOT ROUND. BUT SEE THE COLLEGE YOU WILL GET.
