Sir, Can I get admission in JEC mechanical (CEE 2019 rank 3039 ST ) ? or in which college I could get admission in mechanical branch ?

Since you got 3039 ST rank in CEE 2019 which in itself is not good enough to secure seat in top best engineering colleges in Assam.
So,. definitely you wouldn't be able to make it mechanical branch from JEC .
But you may be able to make it to other engineering colleges under CEE 2019
