Hello Tushar,
You can not refund the counseling fees of GGSIPU counseling but you get the fees of Rs. 40,000 rupees refunded. You can only get these fees refunded if you have not frozen this seat you were allotted to and if you have have not withdrawn the seat you will not get the refund.

In the 3rd round i got an admission in one college, i deposited the dd for the same and after the result of spot round i got an admission in another college so i go with it and i make myself go with the result of spot round so i changed my college.now the question is can i get my fee back(dd one)which i've deposited in the college alloted in 3rd round ?
