Hi,
If I am not mistaken, The Maharshtra Law entrance test is call MH CET Law and it has two criteria; 3 year law which is after graduation and 5 year law which is after 12th. Only the 5 year law entrance test has questions on mathematical ability (only 15).
And Yes, You can give MH CET Law without having maths in 12th. The questions on mathematical ability in the entrance test is also only for checking the technical skills and basic mathematical skills which are learnt till 10th class.
