Well you are not able to apply for counselling now. There is procedure of everything accordingly if you don't follow you are not allowed. And the last date for application is 29 October . But you can try for spot round if the seats where left.

Sorry to inform you but the last date to apply for KCET COUnselling was october 29,2020. And now you can only apply for KCET counselling in the special round onlybif it is conducted for the left seats.

Hi! May I confirm if by CET you mean KCET or MHT CET? Assuming the latter, the results for the exam will be released on or before 28th November, after which the counselling process will start. So, in case you are interested, check out the following link for more details about it:
