Hello,
You have not mentioned your category any where ,so i assume it to be general.
If i consider the previous year data ,then your chances of getting admission in any of the government medical college in uttar pradesh through state quota are negligible.
However you might land up in any of the private medical college through state quota.
But if you are from a reserved category then the case would be slightly different.

I believe it's 429.
But nothing can be predicted much ,since the cutoff rank changes almost every year,it depends on the difficulty level of paper and number of students who appeared for the examination

Since your category is obc, so you have good chances of fetching a government medical seat in some other state of india through all india quota.
