According to your question that if you can include physical education in best 5 subjects in IP

University, then it’s a big no as physical education is not included in DU as well. Students who

studied Physical Education as a subject in Class XII may be at a disadvantage, as some

colleges in Delhi University are reportedly refusing to consider it as a best four

subject. Every college decides its criteria independently. Some colleges in DU might have

taken Physical Education in best four. But it is not so in every college for some courses. In

courses like Boom (Hons), Mathematics, Economics, we do not consider Physical Education.

The GGSIP University offers various courses in the area of engineering, law, management,

computer application. Before filling IPU CET 2019 Application Form, candidates can full fill

the given eligibility. The eligibility criteria are mentioned here:

Nationality:

 Only Indian/Overseas Citizens of India/ Nepal citizen’s candidates can apply.

Age Criteria:

 UG Courses: For all UG Courses, candidate age limit should be 21 years as on 1st August 2019.

 PG Courses: For all other PG Courses, candidate’s age should be 35 years as on 1st August 2019.

B.Tech. (CET Code: 131)

 Minimum of 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in class 12

 The candidates must clear the subjects given above separately as well.

 Should also pass English exam (core/elective/ functional)

B.Tech./M.Tech. (Dual Degree) (Bio-Technology) (CET Code: 130)

 Minimum of 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology in class 12

 It is necessary for the candidate to clear the subjects mentioned above separately.

 Should also pass English exam (core/ elective/ functional)

Lateral Entry (LE) – B.Tech. (B.Sc.) (CET Code: 129)

 Minimum 60% in graduation from recognized university

 Mathematics as a subject in graduation.

BCA

The CET Code for BCA program is 114. Minimum academic qualification required for BCA

Program is given below:

 Should have minimum 50% in class 12

 Should have passed English and Mathematics or Computer Science /Information

Practice/Computer Application

 Diploma in an Engineering branch with minimum 50% aggregate throughout.

BA LLB/BBA LLB

The CET Code for BA LLB/BBA LLB is 121. The minimum qualification required to apply for the

programme in IPU CET 2019 is given below:

 Passed class 12 with at least 50% aggregate

 Should have passed English (core/elective/functional)

 50% aggregate includes best four subjects aggregate i.e. a language and mandatory

subjects. The list of mandatory subject will be notified on official website before the

counselling begins

BBA

The CET Code for BBA program is 125. IPU CET 2019 for BBA is scheduled in April 2019. The

eligibility for BBA program is given below:

 Should have obtained minimum 50% in class XII

 Should have passed English(core/elective/functional)
