If you are refferring to NEET 2019 examination, try to avoid any kind of metals inside the examination hall. Some centres might be linient and might allow you but you cannot be very sure about it. So I would suggest you to go for some other trouser which doesn't have any metallic button.

No, first of all you are not allowed to any tight clothings. Jeans are not allowed during the examination. Secondly, any metal substance is prohibited while the neet entrance exam whether it be a metal button or metal specs etc.
