ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA  FOR DIPLOMA:

• Candidates must have passed the certification exam of DU.
• Candidates having a language certificate from any institution other than DU will be required to take up the admission test.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADVANCED DIPLOMA :

• Candidates should have passed the diploma exam .
• Candidates having a certificate from other institution in the language, need to sit in an admission test .

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CERTIFICATE COURSE:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with an aggregate of 45% from a recognized board.
• Admission to the diploma courses will be on merit based .

THERE IS ONLY ONE DEPARTMENT UNDER DELHI UNIVERSITY WHICH PROVIDES UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES SUCH AS GERMAN , FRENCH AND MORE .
