As per the CAT eligibility A general category candidate needs 50%+ Score in His Graduation.
If your latest Graduation Degree Have more than 50+ percentage than You can Do CAT
But you have to Work hard on CAT & You need To get very Good score In CAT because This double graduation will might be hurdle for You in the interview timing.
