See there is nothing like Unreserved colleges instead the colleges provide reservation for specific categories such as OBC/SC/ST and others and those who are not eligible for Reservation seats are called as Unreserved or General category candidates. Since you have not mentioned neither the name of colleges nor your field of interest in which you want to tale admission so it's quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information
