In Jee Application Form there is no place to enter subject marks. There are 9 columns stating:-

Qualification
Pass Status
qualifying Exam
Place of schooling
Type of school/College
school board
Year of passing/appearing
result mode
Mark Details:-

Obtained marks
Total marks
percentage
