Dear aspirant,
As per the information given on the official website of University of Delhi, an applicant can upload the CO authorized EWS certificate in the application form if he/she is unable to obtain it from SDM at the time of filling the application. However, the applicant has to produce a certificate issued by the concerned authority at the time of admission.
