As also mentioned before, you will need to be physically present if you get allotted a seat during the third or final allotment of NCHM Counselling. Given below are two events after third counselling round, during which your physical presence will be necessary if you get an allotment.

The physical presence for document verification: For document verification after 3rd or final round seat allotment, following candidates will be required to be physically present:

Candidates who get an allotment of seat in this Round for the first time, they are required to report to any of the reporting Center for document verification and provisional admission confirmation.

Secondly, candidates who got a seat allotment in the earlier round(s) and the allotted seat got cancelled due to non-fulfillment of allotment criteria or withdrawn and they got fresh seat allotment in this round, are also required to report to the Reporting Centre for document verification and Provisional admission confirmation.

The physical presence at the allotted institute: After all the counselling rounds end, all candidates who have taken provisional admission in 1 st round, 2nd round or 3 rd and Final Round of seat allotments, will have to report finally at the Allotted Institution.
