What do you mean by writing SRM JEE and JEE Mains. If you want to say that whether you have to give both exams then it's your choice. Its your choice that you want to give both the exams or not. Both the exams are different for different colleges. JEE mains is for the different colleges whereas SRM JEE is for the SRM University.

You can write both JEE Mains as well as SRMJEE as both are different exams. JEE Mains is conducted all over India and it is the entrance exam to get a seat in IIT's or NIT's. If you are not successful in getting good score in JEE Mains then you can write SRMJEE which is conducted by SRM University to get an admission into SRM. If you re not interested in writing JEE Mains you can write SRMJEE.
You can write both the exams as SRMJEE is conducted after JEE Mains only. If you didn't get a good score in JEE then you can appear for SRMJEE. You can get the previous papers of both the exams from the below links:
