Yes, you can apply for admission. Admission to B.Sc (Hons) is done on the basis of marks of candidates in the qualifying examination. Every college declares it own cutoff for admission. If you meet the required cutoff and fulfill the other criteria required for admission then you can get a seat.

Dear Pankaj, ofcourse you are eligible to get admission in DU in any course. But at the time of document verification you will need to provide a certificate mentioning the reason for your drop or you can provide an affidavit. Many students take admission in DU after dropping a year or two. DU is not strict in this aspect until your document are correct.
