In TS EAMCET counselling only EWS certificate is enough in order to get fee reimbursement and special EWS quota. So, there is no need to have EBC certificate if you have EWS certificate. Before 2021 there was no EWS category in TS EAMCET. So, in order to get fee reimbursement a student was supposed to have EBC certificate. But, now if you have EWS certificate with income attached to it less than 1.5 lakhs, then you are gonna get fee reimbursement( Partial or full, according to your rank).
