Dear candidate,
To study medicine abroad, English language proficiency exam (IELTS, PTE, etc) are mandatory.
There is no such special medical entrance exam in countries like ukraine, russia , phillipines, kyrgyzstan or bangladesh.
The basic or minimum requirements for MBBS is that an Indian student should attain the age of 17 years and have passed 10+2 Level from any recognized Council/Board of India or abroad, must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as elective subjects and obtained minimum 50% in aggregate of PCB combined . Also, you must have studied and passed English as a compulsory subject.
All the best!
