The post you are trying to fill in is very crucial and you can select graduation if you are in the final year and will be completing it in the year 2020 , not if you are stepping into the final year in 2020, that means if you are completing your graduation in 2020 than you can fill it in as graduation and than you will have to give your provisional degree certificate in the time of documents verification.

So I will suggest you to take appropriate steps and check your documents before appearing for it and when you are ensured about all the required documents are correct than only apply otherwise you will be disqualified.
