Yes you can add private medical colleges and I suggest you to do so, as there are very less chances of you getting a Government Medical College. In round 2, you get an option of choice filling wherein you can add Or delete colleges as per your wish. Also, make sure in the list the top collefes are mentioned first and then the private ones.
