Dear Ankur

For taking JEE exam, you need to have 60% in physics, matvs, chemistry. But if you want to enter into NITs/IITs, for general 75% mandatory and for sc/St 65% is Mandatory in 10+2.

But for GFITS, it's not necessary. You can refer their Website too.

Yes 75% is needed for gftis as well.
