If you have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and English and Biology( in your case) then you are eligible for the Btech course.

The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech CSE course is that the candidate should have passed class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and secure atleast 45% aggregate marks.
So, yes if you qualify the above criteria, you are eligibile for admission to B.Tech CSE course.
