As we can see, EWS category is introduced this year only. Therefore the predictions might vary.

JEE Mains paper 2 were given by nearly 1.2 lakh aspirants. 87.7 percentile will fetch you a rank near about 14k-15k.

As u need near about 3k-4k as a General Student to get NIT, even after being in EWS Category, I dont think 87.7 percentile will be sufficient enough to get admitted in NIT.

Mam,You can try for colleges through NATA as well. Also you check other colleges like Jamia Islamia etc which take admission by JEE Mains Paper 2 result
