Congratulations for your respective marks. 150 marks in JEE Advance is quite a good score and as you are in SC category it will add to your advantage. As per your category your rank in SC category would be around 1000(approx.). According to your marks you can get into any of the 23 IIT's. But maybe the top branches like Computer Science, IT, and Electronics in this IIT's would not be available for you.

As we know that marks of JEE-Advance keep changing for sometimes so it is little bit difficult to predict college against your marks but yes from your rank and category your college can be predicted.

Your rank depends on your marks and category so until and unless the ranks  are are declared and for this year JEE-Advance is scheduled for September 27th and after only that result will be declared. Till then you can get an idea of cut-offs and can go through the more insights of JEE-Advance 2020 from the link given below :-
