I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical colleges or private medical college this year.179 marks is a very low mark and AFMC cut off goes very high around 550 marks.Also this year the marks scored by students have increased which will increase the cut off.
You may try into private medical college through management quota but u also do not have a chance in private medical college through AIQ.You may try for private college through your state.This is a college predictor link for your reference.
